A book party was held July 22, to celebrate the launching of author David T. Laggini’s first book, “Blackbelt Landlording: The Art of Successful Relationships.” The party, held at the Bridgewater Eagles Club, was as much of a success as Dave’s book – which has already sparked a re-order request at Amazon.com.
Not only has Dave written and published a book in the last six months, he also is opening a corresponding Karate School: The Blackbelt Landlording Martial Arts School.
